We did a total home remodel and Charleston Properties made it smooth, low-stress and on budget. In 2017, we bought a house that needed a lot of work but we had a vision for what it could be. We met with a number of contractors and got a sales job and a massive price tag from most. Scott Ryan at Charleston Properties was different. He respected our vision and asked for our input while providing us with his valuable expertise. From day one, he was upfront with his proposal and pricing and we worked incredibly well together throughout the entire project. As I mentioned, this was no small remodel. Our project included all new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and a massive reconfiguration of an old house. When we finished, the result was an amazing home with beautiful details and no compromises. I cannot say enough good things about Scott and his team. One of the biggest gifts with this project was that Scott consistently did what he said he’s going to do. Anyone who has done home remodeling projects knows what I’m talking about! His crew showed up on time every day that we expected them here. His crew was respectful and super friendly without being intrusive. Not only that, but they were great about stopping to show us issues that inevitably crop up during home remodeling. Charleston Properties went the extra mile to make repairs and replacements for my clients when they purchased a recent spec.
