Renovated house with attention to detail
I met Scott Ryan 2/25 when I purchased my home from Charleston Properties. Moving from out of state, I did not want to go through the renovation process. It was a pleasure finding a beautiful renovated house with attention to detail. Any issues that have occurred, have been addressed immediately. We did a total home remodel and Charleston Properties made it smooth, low-stress and on budget. In 2017, we bought a house that needed a lot of work but we had a vision for what it could be. We met with a number of contractors and got a sales job and a massive price tag from most. Scott Ryan at Charleston Properties was different. He respected our vision and asked for our input while providing us with his valuable expertise. From day one, he was upfront with his proposal and pricing and we worked incredibly well together throughout the entire project. As I mentioned, this was no small remodel. Our project included all new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and a massive reconfiguration of an old house. When we finished, the result was an amazing home with beautiful details and no compromises. Excellent experience working with Scott
Through a referral, we retained Charleston Properties to partially update a newly purchased home in Scottsdale all the while living out of state until the remodel was completed. Working with Scott during the project was easy as he was responsive to our emails & texts, offered suggestions, and we relied on his expertise when issues arose that required changes to the plan. The project was completed on time, on budget, and Scott followed through on all minor punch list items.

I cannot say enough good things about Scott and his team. One of the biggest gifts with this project was that Scott consistently did what he said he’s going to do. Anyone who has done home remodeling projects knows what I’m talking about! His crew showed up on time every day that we expected them here. His crew was respectful and super friendly without being intrusive. Not only that, but they were great about stopping to show us issues that inevitably crop up during home remodeling. They would explain the problem, educate us, give us options and proceed according to our wishes. Scott even made a suggestion that ended up being the focal point of our Master Bath! Charleston Properties went the extra mile to make repairs and replacements for my clients when they purchased a recent spec. The floor plan was ingeniously designed to drown out street noise and the backyard was a show stopper. The general features of the home replicated finishes and touches seen in 4 million dollar homes yet accomplished this in an affordable price point. Builder Scott pours his heart and soul into the projects and stops at nothing to insure happy clients while wife Joalice has obtained a masterful eye at crafty design. She has coupled with top area designers to bring forth only the best on new off market properties and I will jump at the chance to show my clients any new builds in their portfolio.
