The Charleston Properties, LLC original signature design is the “Family Studio” – a multi purpose room that is designed for the modern family. It is essentially an oversized and “tricked out” laundry room that can include island seating for craft projects, desks and computer stations for homework, gift wrapping stations, built-in television for use during laundry time and lots and lots of plugs for charging all those gadgets.
